Josh Littler - Lead Pastor

Pastor Josh loves encouraging and equipping his fellow believers, preaching and teaching God’s Word, and writing articles that challenge the church to more effectively pursue its God-given calling. 

He was born and raised in the near-west side of Cleveland, Ohio, and came to faith in Christ as his family attended a small store-front church in the Stockyard neighborhood. He accepted God’s call to ministry in high school. 

 Pastor Josh and his wife Janah were married in 2012 and are blessed with three children – Brendan, Austin, and Ellen.

He acquired an undergraduate degree in Bible from Clarks Summit University and an M.A. and an M.Div. from Liberty University. He also obtained an M.S. in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Bible Exposition from Liberty University. He has worked as an adjunct professor at Clarks Summit University since 2014 and has written numerous articles and resources for Union Gospel Press and Regular Baptist Press.

Pastor Josh also enjoys reading, retro arcade games, and Ohio State football.

Tom Goodrich - Worship Pastor

  • Pastor Tom and Sandi have served at Faith since 1978. Tom became choir director in 1987 and Worship Pastor in 1998. Sandi is heavily involved with Christian Education and music.

  • They were honored with the GARBC Service Award in 2013

  • They were married in 1972 and have 2 married children, Justin and Jessica, and 4 awesome grandchildren, Jaxen, Lucy, Luke and Levi.

  • For what it’s worth: They enjoy vacationing in exotic places, especially cruising, and spending as much time with Jaxen, Lucy, and Luke as possible!

Dennis McMichael - Elder of Mission Ministries

  • Dennis and Barb McMichael grew up at Faith and have served since the early 1980's. Dennis also oversees finances while serving as an Elder. Barb is involved in teaching all ages and many ministry helps.

  • They were married at Faith in 1990 and have three children; Paul, Kevin and Leah and two grandchildren.

  • They were honored with a GARBC Service Award in 2009.

  • Dennis is a business owner in Streetsboro and Barb was a high school teacher. They love to travel, spend time with family and are big sport fans.
